Welcome to Millfield Church’s Library
This ministry provides many services and benefits for every age group in the church. Our collection consists not only of Christian material, but also includes many selections of good Christian fiction and biographies. To enhance your Bible study, we have numerous Bible Commentaries, Bible Dictionaries, and Concordances.
We also have videos, books on tape, and CDs.
Operation Policy
Any member of the church or any church organization may borrow media materials. Each borrower is asked to sign a membership card.
- Materials may be checked out for two weeks with the option to renew if there is no waiting list
- Videos should be returned after one week
Users are requested to be considerate of others and return books on time. Our overdue fine is one canned good per item per week.
Canned goods will be distributed, through the church, to needy persons in our community.
Library Hours
- Sunday: 9:30 – 10:00 A.M. and for 30 minutes following worship service
- Wednesday Missions nights from 6:00–6:30 P.M.
Selection Policy
The library staff will endeavor to select materials that are:
- Of the highest quality and of the greatest benefit to our leaders and members
- Accurate in facts, scriptural interpretations and doctrine. Be objective in content when related to denominational groups and other religions
- Constructive in influence, morally sound, and should reflect Christian standards of conduct
- Of high literary or technical quality
- Include and reflect sound educational methods and aid in learning
The library staff reserves the right to accept or reject any donated books.
Monetary gifts, honoraria, or memorial gifts are encouraged and are important to the library ministry.
